Angel Di Maria gave credit to PSG's pressing and aggression for their 3-0 win over Real Madrid in Champions League.

"No, I think we made them weak. Running so much, pressing so hard and doing our passing -- we know they struggle a lot trying to recover the ball. I think that was the most important thing we did," said Di Maria.

Di Maria scored two goals in the match.

Di Maria played for Real Madrid from 2010-2014, winning a Champions League in his final season with the team.

The Argentine has now been involved with four out of the last six PSG goals in Champions League. 

Zinedine Zidane criticized Real Madrid's effort and intensity following their 3-0 loss to PSG in the Champions League.

"Clearly they were better than us in every department -- in the way they played, in midfield. What upset me is that we did not put enough intensity in the game and at that level of competition, it's not possible. They're good at creating chances, that's not what worries me. What worries me is that lack of intensity," said Zidane.

Zidane also addressed his side's lack of chance creation in the match, even with a star-studded attacking lineup.

"Failing to create proper chances with the players we have up front -- Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema and Eden Hazard -- is a weird feeling," Zidane said.

Antoine Griezmann admitted that he needs more time playing with Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi to unlock their capabilities in attack.

"It's my second month since I arrived, I have to get used to it and play more with them to understand the movements of Suarez and Leo," said Griezmann following a 0-0 draw against Dortmund in the Champions League.

Marc-Andre ter Stegen made a penalty save on Marco Reus to preserve the tie.

"Marc is a world-class keeper. My penalty was not really well-taken. Back to the training ground for that," said Reus.

Diego Simeone praised Cristiano Ronaldo and Juventus ahead of their Champions League clash.

"He has an incredible record and in any situation near the box, he's dangerous. He's not easy to control, he has it all. We suffer and sometimes it's our turn to win, and other times we lose, but he's an animal in front of goal," said Simeone.

Juventus knocked out Atletico Madrid in last season's Champions League.

Simeone highlighted Atleti's experience in the competition as the deciding factor.

"We are trying to grow and adapt to these competitions, but words are just words; facts, mistakes and good decisions give us experience."

Gian Piero Gasperini looked ahead at Atalanta's debut in the Champions League against Dinamo Zagreb.

“For the first time in its history, Atalanta are taking part in this tournament. We are happy to be here and are curious to see what the first impact is with the Champions League. We know it’s a superior level, but at the same time feel confident and eager to see what we can do. Our opponents in the group all won their domestic titles in Croatia, Ukraine and England, so they all deserve to be here. Perhaps we’ve got a smaller cachet and fanbase compared to the others, and certainly fewer resources, but that just means we deserved it all the more," said Gasperini.

Atalanta will play their home matches throughout the competition at San Siro. 

Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani will miss PSG's Champions League match against Real Madrid due to injury.

Neymar will also miss the match due to a suspension from last season.

The injuries could force Mauro Icardi to start against Real Madrid. 

Marcelo will sit out Real Madrid's Champions League clash against PSG with a back injury.

New summer signing Ferland Mendy is set to replace Marcelo at left back.

Isco, Luka Modric, Marco Asensio and Fede Valverde will also miss the match due to injury.

The 21-year-old Eder Militao is likely to start at centerback for Real Madrid in their Champions League clash against PSG.

Nacho and Sergio Ramos are both suspended for the match.

Luka Modric is also doubtful due to a leg injury.

Emre Can and Mario Mandzukic were left out of Juventus' 22-player Champions League roster for the group stages.

Giorgio Chiellini is also out due to a knee injury.

"The conversation lasted barely a minute and I have not had any explanation. It's made me very angry," said Can.

Juve are in a group with Atletico Madrid, Bayer Levekusen, and Lokomotiv Moscow.
